What are the skill levels of a Scrum Master?
While
being a Professional Scrum Master, a person brings knowledge to the
table, he is called as a facilitator between the team and the product owner,
instead of managing just the team, and they work to assist both the parties.
This
certain title is a liaison between the doers and the planners, it is their
responsibility to make sure that every requirement is being met and all the
tools required to accomplish their goals are provided and all the barriers are
removed that comes in the way of their teams along the way of completing a
project.

Skill Levels:
These
are not officially defined but they explain the process to some extent, in
actual practice, these levels are different depending upon experience:
1.
Rotating Scrum Master: The
responsibilities as a Scrum Master rotates between the members of the
administration and they do it on sprint by sprint basis.
2.
Part time Scrum Master: A member of the team takes the
role of a scrum master along with his other responsibilities with the team.
3.
Full time dedicated Scrum Master: this role is best suited for a
team who is learning agile. A person takes a soul responsibility one time.
4.
Full time Scrum Master with more than one team: This is specially applied when
there are multiple teams involved and one person has to act as their Scrum Master.
5.
Agile Coach:
A person who does not work with one specific team and is demanded on need
basis.
